Briana Broussard, OD
Dr. Broussard was born and raised in Southern California. She attended the University of California, Berkeley, where she got her Bachelor's degree in Biology. During her time at Berkeley, she served on the board of Challah for Hunger, where she did community service for local charities.
After working in San Francisco as an optician, she got her Doctorate in Optometry from UC Berkeley, School of Optometry. While at Berkeley, she was President of the Vision Therapy Club and a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honors Society. She did internships at the Southern Oregon VA and Lighthouse for the Blind in San Francisco. She also has extensive experience with specialty contact lenses, binocular vision and ocular diseases.
Dr. Broussard is an active member of the Santa Clara County Optemetric Association and the College of Optemetrics in Vision Development. She is also a member of both the California and American Optemetric Associations. Dr. Broussard has a strong passion for providing personable, thorough, and informative care to her patients of all ages.
In her free time, Dr. Broussard is usually exploring new restaurants or going on hikes with her husband. She also enjoys reading and playing volleyball.
