RESTASIS®


Restasis® Ophthalmic Emulsion is a prescription medication that helps increase your eyes’ natural ability to produce tears, which may be reduced by inflammation due to Chronic Dry Eye. Restasis® eye drops come in single-use vials and is instilled in each eye twice daily.

Restasis® may cause side effects. Some side effects include:
  • burning, itching, stinging, redness, or pain of the eyes
  • overflow of tears
  • red eyes
  • eye discharge
  • blurred vision or other vision changes
  • feeling that something is in the eye


Cyclosporine eye drops may cause other side effects. Call your doctor if you have any unusual problems while using this medication.
